It's official! A and I are going to be able to make it to Chicago after all! We weren't sure with my layoff, but things have a way of working themselves out, and finding cheap airfare doesn't hurt either! :)
I wanted sooo badly to spend my birthday this year with my friends and family. What a better way than to ring the big 2-7 with those whom you love the most. (side note: does that make me in my late 20's now? geez!)So, those of you from my kind of town, mark your calenders: August 25-September 1.
I've also caught wind from a certain husband and a certain bff that there may be a little get together (read: birthday celebration!) on the eve of August 28. So... free up your calenders and GET EXCITED!! ;)
