Ever find you have a bunch of goals/things you want to get done in a given week and don't get them accomplished? That happens to me all the time. So, I've decide to write a post about it. If it's written down, maybe it'll happen!
Health Goals:
1. Work out x5 this week
2. Drink at least 80 oz of water per day, including the weekends ✔
3. Meal track EVERY DAY, including the weekends ✔
Chores:
1. Get oil changed ✔
2. Vacume house - stairs, master, cat room
3. Clean out "junk drawers"
Other:
1. Get Art finished for wall ✔
2 Return Old Navy dresses which are too short :( ✔
3. Mail bro my pedometer ✔
